The Basics for her normal verse

1. Meghan was born the daughter of an Irish mob boss and his American sweetheart.
2. She's the second child, her older HALF brother is sixteen years older than she is.
3. Meghan was born unable to feel pain. Because of this her parents treated her like glass.
4. Her half brother resented this and constantly hurts her.
5. He's written out of the will when his rough housing sends Meg to the hospital with broken ribs, and her eyes damaged beyond repair when she's three years old. He's also arrested on the spot and imprisoned for attempted murder. (Where abouts now unknown)
6. Meghan did not allow the lack of sight to stop her. When she was five she begged her mother to let her learn to play an instrument. She chose the flute; loving how she could make it sound like birds singing. Next fifteen years she dedicated herself to being the best at it, learning new music by ear. Meg has had formal training, but she loves playing punk music, or even old bard songs on her flute, the formal music's too stuffy for her tastes.
7. She lives with her band mates, though her parents do know where she is at all times by a tracking device in the necklace she always wears.  It will give a location, but won't tell them what's going on around her, which is why she agreed to wear it.
8. Meg loves to 'see' how far she can let people think she's sighted.  She has great hearing and usually tries to avoid using her cane unless she really has to.  Since one of her band mates are always around her she trusts they'll keep her from getting hurt.
